The name shown in the chat widget.
Used to send the welcome email with the embed snippet.
Used to discover sitemap pages. Can be added later.
Used as both the organisation ID and database schema — lowercase letters, numbers and underscores only.
Sets the starter questions shown in the widget. Picking a type also loads a matching example prompt below, which you can edit.
Start from an example, then edit it for this organisation:
Replace anything in [square brackets] with this organisation's details before finishing. You can also edit this after setup.
Select all languages the widget should support. At least one required.
Discover sections from the organisation's sitemap, or add URLs manually. You can manage these in settings after setup.
Safeguarding alerts Flag messages containing safeguarding concerns.
Enable 'thumbs' feedback Show thumbs up/down buttons after each reply.
Activate widget Make the chat widget live for visitors.

Organisation created successfully. Share the embed snippet with them to install the widget.

Indexing started: the knowledge base is being built in the background. This usually takes around 20 minutes. The widget won't respond to questions until it completes.

Use a square image or icon for best results. Leave blank to use the default robot.

Upload documents to give the AI assistant extra knowledge. Supported: PDF, Word, Excel, CSV, TXT, Markdown.

Use a dark shade, appears in the chat header and tooltip border.

Use a light shade, appears on the launch button, avatar and chat accents.

Re-index knowledge base

Choose which pages to scrape and re-index into the vector store. Use after adding new web content or switching the embedding model. Documents uploaded via the Knowledge Base tab are indexed automatically and do not need re-indexing.

Delete organisation

Permanently deletes the organisation, its schema, all indexed documents, and all conversation history. This cannot be undone.
